There are a few parks nearby for residents to discover and they are especially well-situated, which makes it easy to access them from the majority of locations in this part of Edmonton. This neighbourhood is a wonderful neighbourhood for those who aren't bothered by some noise, as during rush hour, traffic can occasionally be bothersome.
