Transportation
This part of Chilliwack is very car friendly. It is very easy to park. On the other hand, Little Mountain is not a very pleasant part of Chilliwack for travelling by public transit. It is impractical for pedestrians to navigate this neighbourhood because very few common errands can be run without needing to use a car.

Little Mountain does not contain any high schools or primary schools. Moreover, it can be difficult to get to daycares as a pedestrian. As far as food is concerned, some home buyers in Little Mountain may have the option to purchase groceries by walking, while others will need a vehicle.
Character
Little Mountain is very quiet overall, as the streets are very calm. Parks aren't well-situated, resulting in them being very difficult to access from the majority of locations within this neighbourhood.
