Getting around by car is very convenient in Albion Flats. It is very convenient to access a place to park, and the majority of houses for sale are a reasonably short drive from the closest highway. This neighbourhood is not very convenient for those who travel by foot since many daily needs are difficult to carry out by walking. It is also challenging to commute by bicycle in Albion Flats because there are quite a few slopes, and the bicycling infrastructure is not very well-developed.

Character
One of the highlights of Albion Flats is its excellent selection of green spaces. There are a few green spaces close by for residents to relax in, making them very easy to get to from a large number of locations in this neighbourhood. Finally, it is relatively calm in this area, thanks to the presence of very few people out and about on the streets.
