My name is Andrea and I am a lot of things. Strong willed and opinionated about everything, I don’t particularly relish in backing down during heated negotiations, which is awesome for you! The other good news is, I also love to ask a lot of questions and then listen which is why you’ll soon feel comfortable inviting me into your home where you’ll lay on your couch and proceed to deconstruct your life while I offer unsolicited advice. Originally from a small town in the Niagara Region in the heart of wine country, I moved to the East End of Kingston with my family in 2020 and fell in sloppy love. Though my connection to Eastern Ontario began as a child where all my summers were spent on West Lake, Prince Edward County (the true elixir that drew me back here). That of course meant a lot of day trips to Kingston of which I still have many fond memories, holding my grandma’s hand as we creeped all the windows in the Sydenham Ward to see how ya’ll lived. Architecture and design have always been lifelong passions as I do love a good DIY home reno project. My informal journey into Real Estate began as an investor at the age of 21, starting with the purchase and flip of my first home. After several other homes including investment properties years later, I added to my experience and knowledge in both investing and construction. But it wasn’t until after working in the Health Care sector for 20 years as the Executive Director of a Private Career College, that I took the middle-aged/mid-life crisis leap of faith and got my real estate license. You’ll thank me later. If you love water, hiking in nature, and health food stores, we’ll get along. If you love loud music, dancing or play an instrument (preferably piano or guitar), we’ll get along. If you don’t love taking really good advice on making one of the biggest decisions of your life, we may have to work out some kinks in our relationship before planning out how this whole thing is going to go down. But if you stick with me, I promise you one thing. . . . I will work harder for you than anyone you’ve ever known and we will have endless fun buying or selling this home of yours! Real Estate to me, will always be about the connections I make with “my” people, while helping them navigate through one of the most intense transitions in their lives. But once we go through this process, sorry, but you’ll be stuck with me for life because I get attached to people. So let’s pull the rip chord and do this thing shall we?
