Cycling is challenging in this neighbourhood because the terrain is not especially flat, and the bicycling network is rather poor. Travelling on foot is also not very convenient for residents in Discovery Bay since many daily needs are sometimes challenging to meet without the use of a vehicle.

Character
Discovery Bay is very good for those who enjoy quiet surroundings, as there are usually low levels of noise from traffic. Parks aren't well-situated, resulting in them being very hard to access from the majority of locations within this part of the town.
