Cars are a very good mode of transportation in this area. The majority of houses for sale are a reasonably short car ride from the nearest highway, and parking is quite easy. On the other hand, public transit riders may have limited choices in Lake Vista as a result of the service's low frequency. Nonetheless, there are a few bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and most properties are very close to a bus stop. Walking is not especially practical for residents in Lake Vista because few daily errands can be run on foot. Cycling is also sometimes difficult in this area because the bicycling infrastructure is not very comprehensive, and cyclists encounter quite a few elevation changes.
Services
It is a reasonably short walk to reach schools and daycares from anywhere in this area. As far as food is concerned, in all but a limited number of cases, a car is needed to buy groceries. Nonetheless, it is generally a rather short distance to the closest pharmacy, which can provide some staple foods. A cafe is commonly just around the corner, and there are also a few restaurants in Lake Vista.
Character
Lake Vista is good for those who prefer a quiet atmosphere, as there tend to be low levels of noise from traffic. Green spaces aren't well-distributed, which results in them being very difficult to reach from numerous locations in the neighbourhood.
