On the other hand, Brant Hills is not very transit friendly. Nevertheless, property owners have access to a few bus lines, and it is very convenient to get to a nearby bus stop from most residences. Brant Hills is not particularly conducive to walking as few daily needs can be carried out without having to use a vehicle. Getting around by bicycle is also occasionally challenging in Brant Hills as there are a limited number of bike lanes, and riding is made difficult by the often hilly topography.

It is easy to reach the closest grocery store on foot from anywhere in this neighbourhood. A limited variety of restaurants and coffee shops can be found as well. Concerning education, daycares and primary schools are easy to access on foot from most houses for sale in this neighbourhood. On the other hand, there are no high schools in Brant Hills.
Character
Brant Hills is a fairly good neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a relaxed atmosphere. Public green spaces are easy to reach since there are a few of them nearby for residents to visit. The noise levels in this neighbourhood are also quite low, as the streets are tranquil - although that is not the case around Highway 407.
