Halton Hills is good for those who like a quiet atmosphere, as noise from the streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue - however some areas can be quite noisy, especially closer to Highway 407, Highway 401 or one of the railway lines. Public green spaces are rather difficult to reach since they are distributed sporadically. Still, there are about 30 parks nearby for residents to visit.
