This part of the city is also quite cycling-friendly because the bicycling network is reasonably extensive. Walking is not particularly feasible for residents in Malton since most daily needs are at times challenging to meet by walking. In contrast, Malton is a very convenient part of Mississauga for moving around by car. Malton is a fairly good neighbourhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a slower-paced environment. This part of Mississauga is quiet, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour - however some parts can be quite loud, especially around Highway 427 or the railway line. Lastly, there are approximately 20 green spaces nearby for residents to discover, including Malton Greenway and Victory Park, which makes them very easy to access.
