Coldsprings is very car friendly. Nearby highways, such as Highway 7, are quite easy to drive to from anywhere in Coldsprings, and it is very convenient to come across a place to park. Most houses for sale in this neighbourhood are located in areas that are not very conducive to those who travel by foot because most daily needs are difficult to meet without the use of a vehicle.
Services
This part of the city does not have any high schools or primary schools. Additionally, daycares are not particularly abundant and accordingly tend to require a long walk to get to. Concerning eating, in all but a very small number of cases, a vehicle is needed to purchase groceries.
Character
Coldsprings is relatively serene, since there are very few people out and about on the streets. Public green spaces aren't well-situated, which makes them rather challenging to get to. Despite that, residents will be able to access parks in nearby neighbourhoods.
