This neighbourhood is cycling-friendly as the terrain is flat, and the cycling network is good.

Furthermore, those who like to dine in restaurants will have a good number of opportunities, for example along Avenue Dresden, and there are also a few coffee shops in this part of Mont-Royal. Character

Connaught Park is a fairly good neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a calm environment. This area is reasonably quiet overall, as there are low levels of noise from traffic - although that is not the case closer to one of the railway lines or Autoroute Décarie. Lastly, this part of Mont-Royal also features a good amount of greenery as numerous tree-lined streets are present. It is very easy to access green spaces from the majority of locations within the neighbourhood since there are about 20 of them close by for residents to unwind in.
