My knowledge of the local market as well as my experience of almost 40 years can help make this a positive experience. I believe in serving my clients as more of a Consultant than simply as a Salesperson. The effort that I make is in concert with each Client to help achieve their Real Estate goals. When Selling a home, careful consideration will be given to each Client's personal circumstance as well as the current market. A thorough evaluation of the home will be done in order to achieve the highest price in the least amount of time. When Purchasing a home I prefer to start with a personal interview in order to better understand the Client's needs and wishes. I want to coordinate each Client with the most suitable home, at a fair price and in the very best area for them. Having spent most of my life in Kelowna has resulted in a large network of family, friends and acquaintances. An important part of my sphere of Contacts result from these people and the people they refer me to. I believe that good service is the best form of advertising. The Okanagan is one of the most beautiful areas in the Nation and has a superb lifestyle to offer. I take great pleasure in meeting new Clients and introducing them to our area.
