Hi! I’m Amy Shugar (yep, pronounced like sugar). I jumped into real estate over 10 years ago and hit the ground running — earning Rookie of the Year in my first year. Since then, I’ve never looked back. My team has consistently ranked in the Top 10 at our brokerage, and I’ve picked up a bunch of awards along the way. Beyond helping clients, I’m also a coach and mentor to other realtors, and I lead in-office training to help up-and-comers sharpen their skills. Growing up, I played a ton of sports, and that competitive edge stuck with me. It’s what drives me to win for my buyers when it comes to negotiating — but it also taught me the value of teamwork. I know when to push, when to collaborate, and how to get the deal done. If you asked my friends or clients to describe me, they’d probably say: “Amy’s a straight shooter. She won’t sugarcoat it (no pun intended). She gives you the facts and helps you make the best decisions.” Outside of real estate, I love giving back — whether it's collecting food for local food banks or sponsoring kids’ hockey and baseball teams in the communit
