Active home buyers will welcome the pedestrian-friendly character of this part of the city; many common errands can be run without the use of a car. The public transit system in this area is fairly poor. Thankfully, there are approximately 10 bus lines passing through the neighbourhood, and bus stops are ordinarily nearby. On the other hand, the car is often the best means of transportation in City Centre. Parking is easy.

Services

Primary schools are convenient to walk to from most homes for sale in this area. However, there are no high schools in City Centre. With respect to food, a supermarket is ordinarily reachable within a short walk from most houses for sale in this area. Likewise, there is usually a restaurant or cafe just around the corner. It is also a reasonably short distance to a decent selection of clothing stores.

Character

City Centre offers a calm environment and will appeal to home buyers who enjoy spending time outdoors. There are a few parks nearby for residents to check out, which makes them very easy to access. This neighbourhood is reasonably quiet overall, as there tend to be low levels of noise from traffic.
