Driving is usually the favoured transportation option in Gloucester. It is especially convenient to park, and nearby highways are quite easy to access from any location in Gloucester. This part of the municipality is not very well-suited for walking as almost no common errands can be run without needing to resort to a vehicle. Gloucester is also not very conducive to biking since the cycling network is not very comprehensive, and there are a fair number of elevation changes to challenge cyclists.


There are no high schools and no primary schools in this neighbourhood. Additionally, there are only a very small number of daycares and consequently they can be a very long walk away. When it comes to food, it is very rarely feasible for property owners in this neighbourhood to do their groceries on foot. There are a few choices for those who value nearby restaurants and cafes.


Gloucester is reasonably quiet, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour - however some parts can be quite loud, especially close to the railway line.
