Sooke is a very good part of the Greater Victoria metropolitan area for driving. It is very easy to park. In contrast, Sooke is not an especially convenient part of the Greater Victoria metropolitan area for getting around by public transit. Nonetheless, property owners have access to a few bus lines, and bus stops are typically close by. A majority of the houses for sale in this municipality are located in places that are not very suitable for walking since meeting daily needs is inconvenient on foot.
Services
Parents and their children may consider it difficult to reach high schools and primary schools on foot. Likewise, daycares are not very numerous and consequently tend to require a rather long walk to get to.
