This municipality is very car friendly. It is especially convenient to park, and nearby highways are reasonably easy to reach from any location in Squamish. In contrast, getting around by public transit is challenging in Squamish. Thankfully, the municipality is connected by a few bus lines, and most houses are close to a bus stop.
