It is at times difficult to move around by bike in Newton as the bicycling network is not particularly well-developed, and there is a significant amount of slopes. There also aren't many pedestrians out on the streets of this area, despite the fact that carrying out day-to-day needs is easy on foot.
Services
Some, but not all, home buyers in Newton will live within walking distance of one of about 40 grocery stores. There are also a limited number of choices for those who appreciate restaurants and cafes in close proximity. As far as education is concerned, primary schools and daycares are convenient to walk to from any location in this part of Surrey. However, it can be difficult to get to high schools as a pedestrian.
