St. Norbert is not very well-suited for walking because carrying out daily needs is impractical.


It is convenient to get to the nearest grocery store on foot in this neighbourhood. There are also a few options for those who value restaurants within walking distance. The character of St. Norbert is exemplified by its slower-paced atmosphere. This neighbourhood is quiet overall, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour - although there are still several noisier sections, especially near the railway line. Lastly, public green spaces, such as St. Norbert Community Center and Pollock Island, are very well-distributed and there are a few of them close by for residents to visit, making it easy to get to them.
