House buyers in Southwood will be pleased to learn that a grocery store is always only a reasonably short walk away. There are also a few restaurants in this neighbourhood. Regarding education, in this part of Ajax, parents and their children will usually be able to get to primary schools and daycares by walking. However, there are no high schools in Southwood.
Southwood is very good for those who need quiet surroundings, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour. Parks aren't well-situated, which makes it very difficult to access them.
