Nevertheless, residents have access to a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most homes. This neighbourhood is not very conducive to biking because the bicycling infrastructure is fairly poor, and bicycle riders encounter quite a few hills. A majority of the homes for sale in this part of the city are located in areas that are also not very well-suited for those who travel by foot as common errands are inconvenient to run without needing to resort to a vehicle.

There are around 20 parks close by for residents to relax in and they are very well-situated, which makes them easy to access from most locations in the neighbourhood.
