However, the public transit service in Charny is not very frequent. Charny is not very well-suited for walking since running common errands is sometimes difficult.

Parents and their children will welcome the proximity to daycares and primary schools, which are within walking distance from most homes for sale in this neighbourhood. On the other hand, it can be difficult to reach high schools as a pedestrian. Concerning eating, the closest supermarket in Charny is usually only a rather short walk away.
