Although there are a limited number of slopes to challenge cyclists, it is difficult to commute by bike in this neighbourhood because this part of the city has a rather poor cycling infrastructure. Walking is also not very practical for home buyers in this part of the city as very few daily errands can be run without the use of a vehicle.

There are only a limited number of primary schools in Bienville and therefore they can be an extended walk away. Likewise, this neighbourhood does not have any high schools.
