Transportation
Verdun presents homeowners with the choice between various modes of transportation. This part of the city is reasonably transit friendly. For instance, the closest rapid transit station, such as Langelier Station, Verdun Station and De l'Église Station on the Green Line, is typically close by from the bulk of residences in the neighbourhood. The neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and most residences are very close to a bus stop. Physically active property owners will also value the very walk-friendly character of this part of the city; many day-to-day errands can be run on foot, and numerous businesses are quite nearby. Bicycling is straightforward in Verdun since there are a limited number of elevation changes for cyclists to brave, and the cycling infrastructure is very good.

This part of the city features a fair amount of greenery; it is very easy to access parks in the neighbourhood, since there are about 20 of them close by for residents to unwind in, including Parc Angrignon. Residents will also find that there are many tree-lined streets. This area is reasonably quiet overall, as there are generally low levels of noise from traffic.
